I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Refunds are not typically offered for completed sessions, but I’m happy to discuss any concerns on a case-by-case basis.

Firstly, book a discovery call with me to discuss what you would like to achieve. In this discovery call we’ll schedule in an initial coaching session at an agreed upon time.

Once your initial session is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details, including how to prepare and a link for our online call. Further coaching sessions will be scheduled in the initial coaching session depending on the package length you select.

Before our initial session, take some time to reflect on what you’d like to focus on—whether it’s your health, career, or overall wellbeing. Consider what’s currently working for you, what challenges you’re facing, and what you hope to achieve through coaching. Additionally, if I’ve provided any pre-session work, be sure to complete it beforehand, as this will help us make the most of our time together. Most importantly, come with an open mind and a willingness to explore new possibilities!
